Kelsi listens well and her enthusiasm is endless. She was always ready to answer a phone call or text. Not being from the area, we had lots of questions. If she did not know the answer immediately, she was quick to offer to find out the answer. Typically we had our answer the same day or next. We never had the sense we were imposing or not an important to her. Thanks Kelsi, you made the search and buying process much easier!

I told her I was very interested no need to see other properties after returning to my home in California Kelsi negotiated the price with seller got me all documents set up time line for loan what I should put down was in contact with me via emails and phone calls until the day of closing She had also recommended local contractors for installation of well which I’ve already contracted. Also negotiating for septic contractor and propane all referred by Mrs Wildman Due to all of her good deeds I’m now the owner of 13 beautiful acres and set up to get all utility all in by the end of year guess I’ll be moving a year earlier will start my build next spring.
